Please submit your maintenance request via email to taylor@weaverrentals.com or by calling our office at (205) 752-1277. For afterhours, emergency calls (burst pipe, heating/cooling not working, etc.), please contact our answering service at (205) 349-8059. If the issue is not an emergency item, it will be addressed the following business day. If you have a life threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately!
Repair or damage caused by the negligence or misuse by you or a guest will be your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of labor and materials.
